About Havelock Island

Officially Swaroop Dweep, Havelock is the island most travellers picture when they picture the Andamans: long stretches of white sand, shallow turquoise water and a relaxed pace. Radhanagar on the west coast catches the sunset; Kalapathar on the east catches the sunrise. It is also the base for most snorkelling, diving and water-sports in the islands.
